Ways to get involved

The Grove Planting Project will be an all-hands-on-deck effort.  The project requires support from various individuals, and we hope you consider your role, based on your passion, your skills, and the demographic you represent.

Operations team

The operations team is the highest level of engagement.  The Cottage Grove Planting Project will require a team of   9-12 who are responsible for implementing the events of the new ministry.  Involvement on this team involves planning and implementing community events and eventually worship.

Prayer partners

This project needs prayer.  If you can commit to weekly or monthly prayer, we invite you to sign up.  We will provide various breakthrough prayer prompts for you.

launch partners

Launch Partners are the face of the ministry as new people will connect and see themselves fitting in with Launch Partners.  In particular, we are looking for families with children.  Launch Partners are people who have committed to creating critical mass and showing up at community outreach events to represent The Grove Planting Project.

SUPPORT SQUAD

Planting a new church is one of the hardest types of ministry.  The main leadership needs to be connecting with new people, leaving little time to take care of the details—like mowing the lawn, taking out the garbage, providing food for hospitality, and setting up and cleaning up.  Even if you might not be in the target demographic, we hope you will still consider being on the Support Squad.

PARTNER

The formation and development of this new church is in response to the call of God through Jesus Christ who has sent us to make disciples and form a community faithful to His mission.

Becoming a partner in this ministry involves supporting the mission, vision, values, and leadership that make us who we are.

I COMMIT:

I am interested in partnering with The Grove Planting Project as a part of:
